If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help
 
Most items* are eligible for a full refund within 30 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in original packaging with any applicable tags still attached.
 
All returns require original proof of purchase

Warranty Information
 
Product warranties vary in length and criteria as they are set by the individual manufacturers. Please contact us if you believe your product to be defective so we can guide you through the return process. All defective product returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by original proof of purchase.
 
Once received, National Safety Equipment will work with the individual manufacturers to process your warranty claim according to their guidelines.
